Yay Kinder Consultancy was born from a simple but powerful belief: every child deserves the chance to thrive as their true self.

In my work with children, I often found myself in environments where their individuality was overlooked—where support was well-meaning, but not truly tailored. I saw bright, curious, and capable children being left behind, not because they lacked potential, but because their unique ways of learning, thinking, and experiencing the world weren’t being understood or valued.

That experience stayed with me. It made me realise that we don’t just need more support—we need the right kind of support. The kind that sees the whole child.

That’s why I created Yay Kinder Consultancy: a service built around the idea that no two children are the same. We take the time to understand each child as an individual—what lights them up, what challenges them, how they learn best—and we shape our support around that. But we don’t stop there. We share these insights with the adults who matter most in the child’s life—parents, teachers, carers—so that together, we can create a joined-up, nurturing environment that truly helps the child flourish.

Because when the people around a child really understand them, they can show up in ways that make all the difference. And when a child feels truly seen, heard, and supported—they grow with confidence, joy, and a sense of possibility that stays with them for life.
